Every now and then, something big happens that catapults the 9/11 debate by leaps and bounds. One such "something" — The Anatomy of a Great Deception — is coming this September. And it needs your help.
This new film was screened in Detroit last March. Since then a number of people in the 9/11 community have previewed it. The consensus? “Outstanding!”
In it, father-turned-filmmaker David Hooper takes us on his personal journey of exploring the "facts" of 9/11. He reveals how he learned to cope with the fallout of his own investigation into several of the many mysteries surrounding the official 9/11 story. Of course, this isn’t the first film about 9/11, but this one is different. And it has a real chance of pushing the 9/11 debate into the spotlight — once and for all. Let me explain.
Why This Film is Different
This movie will be seen by wide audiences from the general population. The distribution plan has many exciting elements — such as its planned placement in impulse-buy spots in thousands of retailer stores, with curiosity-inducing in-store marketing that will be seen, for instance, by 1.5 million unique consumers in Detroit.
The strategy is being implemented by a team with years of experience in retail sales and film distribution. I've been briefed on the plan, and it sounds promising.
How This Film Helps AE911Truth
I believe this film can help us capitalize on the growing momentum in our movement. There's lots of renewed interest in 9/11 Truth — especially after our Canada tour, our New York 9/11 Museum outreach, our firefighter outreach, and the recent release of the 9/11 Consensus Panel's powerful report. There has also been an uptick in press inquiries and news reports about 9/11 Truth and, in particular, about Hooper's film itself.
As coverage of The Anatomy of a Great Deception increases, many people who have never heard of AE911Truth will find out about us. We are featured prominently throughout the film, which shows numerous clips from our documentary, 9/11: Explosive Evidence — Experts Speak Out. The filmmakers are doing several things to help promote our work, including making a donation to us of 50 cents from each DVD sold for the next five years. They also have offered us space in their DVD package and on their website.
How You Can Help
For the next few weeks, the best thing each of us can do is to make a donation to the film's funding campaign, which offers gifts for pledges — even pledges as small as $2.

On a Personal Note
David Hooper told me that his awakening is the result of AE911Truth's work. Thus, he observes, everyone who “wakes up” by watching his film can credit our efforts! Though sometimes it may not feel like it, it's good to remember that what we've done, and continue to do, is really making a difference.
Please do all you can do to support the film’s kick-off campaign. We have less than one month to make it a success.
